Pans and utensils in aluminium cannot be washed in a dishwasher with traditional alkaline detergents: they would be damaged.
CRM CLEANER is a low-alkaline, low-foaming liquid detergent which guarantees the complete cleaning of pans, utensils and moulds in aluminium, chrome or copper without damaging them. It eliminates dried residual food and all kinds of dirt, leaving dishware perfectly clean.
It has a powerful cleaning action on lipidic and proteinic residues and is also ideal for silver cutlery.
The monthly descaling with DISINCROSTANTE LAVASTOVIGLIE guarantees clean and efficient machines. During the summer months, or when necessary, the addition of BIOCLOR directly in the wash cycle guarantees hygiene and deodorising.
In dishwashers, dose 0.2% - 0.8% of product in hot water (60°C - 70°C). CRM CLEANER can also be used for soaking, adding 0.5% - 2% of product to the water. In operational dosages and for the contact time established by the wash cycle, the product does not damage aluminium.
